Who is Webzenz GmbH?
Webzenz GmbH is a Swiss software and AI company based in Schindellegi, Switzerland (Canton of Schwyz, Zurich region). We build AI solutions, websites, web platforms and custom software for SMEs in Switzerland and Europe, and we provide dedicated specialists.

Webzenz GmbH has its registered office at Chaltenbodenstrasse 6e, 8834 Schindellegi, Switzerland. Our development office is in Infopark Kochi, India, and is run by our own company, Swisszenz AI Cloud Labs Pvt Ltd.
What is Swisszenz AI Cloud Labs?
Swisszenz AI Cloud Labs Pvt Ltd is fully owned by Webzenz GmbH. It is based in Infopark Kochi, India. We use it for additional developer capacity on our projects, for research and development of our own products, and for dedicated employees who work exclusively for our clients.
Who founded Webzenz GmbH?
Webzenz GmbH is a Swiss limited liability company founded by Faisel Kachappilly Thomas. Faisel Kachappilly Thomas is the CTO and Founder of Webzenz GmbH. He is an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer and Quantitative Developer with over 13 years of professional experience in software development, financial technology, AI and cloud infrastructure.
How much experience does Webzenz have?
Webzenz GmbH is a Swiss technology company with over 13 years of experience in software development and digital solutions. Our journey began in Vienna, Austria, in 2010, before expanding our operations to Switzerland in 2013. We significantly strengthened our Swiss operations in 2020 and established our office in Schindellegi in 2024. In December 2025, Webzenz GmbH was formally established, bringing together years of technical expertise, international experience and a strong commitment to serving Swiss businesses.
How large is the Webzenz team?
Webzenz works with a team of approximately 15 to 25 experienced software developers, supported by additional specialists and an international development network when required.
Which businesses does Webzenz work for?
We mainly work for small and medium-sized businesses, for example in hospitality, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, logistics, real estate, travel and services. We also support startups and larger companies in Switzerland and Europe.

What is an AI agent and what can I use it for?
An AI agent understands requests in natural language and completes tasks on its own, for example answering customer enquiries, booking appointments or recording orders. Webzenz builds AI agents that are connected to your systems and work around the clock.
Which processes can be automated with AI?
The best candidates are processes that occur often, follow clear rules and require a lot of manual data entry. Typical examples are order processing, invoicing, scheduling, document processing, status notifications and reporting.
Can AI work with my existing systems?
Yes. Webzenz integrates AI with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, online shops and accounting software through interfaces (APIs). Your proven tools stay in place and gain AI features.
How much does an AI solution cost for an SME?
A typical AI agent or automation project for an SME costs between CHF 5,000 and CHF 25,000. Integrations with several systems typically range from CHF 15,000 to CHF 30,000. You receive a proposal with a clear scope and transparent pricing in advance.
What is the AI Prototype Lab?
In the Webzenz AI Prototype Lab, we build a working prototype of your idea. An initial AI prototype can typically be developed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the project requirements and technical complexity. You test it with real data and then decide whether to develop it further. Prototypes have a fixed price of CHF 8,000 to CHF 15,000, depending on complexity.
Which AI technologies does Webzenz use?
We work with large language models such as OpenAI, with LangChain, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases and custom models. We choose the technology to fit the task, data protection needs and budget.
Dedicated teams
What are dedicated teams at Webzenz?
Webzenz provides dedicated full-time specialists who work exclusively for your company like in-house staff, during Swiss working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day. They are employed by Swisszenz AI Cloud Labs Pvt Ltd, our own company in Infopark Kochi.
How much does a dedicated developer cost?
A dedicated developer costs a fixed monthly price for 160 hours per month: CHF 2,400 for a mid-level profile with 4+ years, CHF 3,200 for an experienced profile with 6+ years and CHF 4,000 for an expert profile with 8+ years of experience.
Which profiles are available besides developers?
Besides software, mobile, DevOps and data engineers, Webzenz also provides video editors, motion designers, digital marketing specialists, UI/UX designers and specialists in AI and automation. For these profiles you receive a quote based on profile and seniority.
How is a team member selected?
You send us a job profile, and we recruit and run a technical or professional screening. You receive a shortlist and hold your own online interviews. Once you decide, we employ the person and they are available to you from the next working day.
Who leads the work of a dedicated team?
You do. Your team members work like in-house staff: you define tasks, priorities and deadlines. Webzenz takes care of recruitment, employment, workplace, hardware and administration.
Which language do dedicated teams work in?
Communication is in English. With solutions such as Google Meet and AI-powered live translation, you can speak and listen in German while your team member speaks English.

Does Webzenz also build websites and web applications?
Yes. Webzenz builds websites, web platforms, web applications, progressive web apps, online shops and mobile apps, from company websites to multilingual platforms with member areas, booking systems or marketplaces.
Which technologies does Webzenz work with?
We work with Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, .NET, Node.js and Flutter, and with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. For websites we use Contao, WordPress or a Next.js solution, depending on the project.
How long does development take?
It depends on scope and complexity. An MVP can be delivered in 4 to 8 weeks, larger projects take several months. After the first conversation you receive a detailed timeline.
Do I receive the source code?
Yes. You receive the full source code of your website or web application. If you wish, we work directly in your own repositories and your own cloud account.
Does Webzenz redesign existing websites?
Yes. We modernise existing websites in design, technology and performance, migrate content to a new CMS and optimise the website for mobile devices and search engines.
Does Webzenz take care of hosting and domains?
Yes. We advise you on domain and hosting and set up servers and deployments, for example on AWS, Infomaniak or Hostpoint, to match your performance and data protection requirements.
Data protection and security
How does Webzenz handle my data?
Webzenz treats your business data confidentially and processes it in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before a project starts.
Do code and data stay under my control?
Yes, if you wish. We help you set up a secure infrastructure in your own cloud account. Our specialists work directly in your environment through secure remote access.
Who is my contractual partner?
Your contractual partner is Webzenz GmbH in Schindellegi, Switzerland (UID CHE-274.451.187). Scope, prices and rights to the results are set out clearly in the contract.

How do I start a project with Webzenz?

How do I follow the progress?
We work in short cycles and regularly show you what has been built. With tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps you can see the current status at any time.
Does Webzenz support solutions after go-live?
Yes. Webzenz provides technical support and ongoing maintenance for websites, software applications and cloud infrastructure. Response times depend on the support agreement and the urgency of the issue. For business-critical applications, we can discuss suitable support arrangements.
What are the payment terms at Webzenz?
For projects lasting less than six months, our standard payment terms are 50% in advance and 50% upon completion. For longer projects, we can agree on a suitable payment schedule based on the project scope and duration. Payments are made by bank transfer.
How quickly will I hear back about my enquiry?
We aim to provide an initial response to project enquiries within 3 business days.
