Anyone looking for a flat or house in Switzerland has to watch several property portals at once. iHouse brings this search together: the platform checks Swiss portals such as comparis.ch and homegate.ch every hour and emails users as soon as a matching offer appears.
The search is complemented by decision tools: a mortgage calculator based on UBS criteria, a tax calculator and a curated list of around 278 Swiss real estate companies.
